*General & student registration fees include: All symposium sessions June 15 – 19, lunch, coffee & tea breaks on Mon-Fri, welcome reception on Sunday, symposium tour, symposium dinner on Thursday, farewell reception on Friday, and Symposium Proceedings.
**A student ID will be required at check-in. PhD students count as students.
***A general registration fee (non-student) is required for each accepted paper.
**** Accompanying persons represent Spouse or Children whose name should be identified at the time of registration.
Authors including co-authors may not be registered as accompanying persons.

 

Credit Card	Only VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX and Union Pay cards are accepted. 1) This payment method is provided by Eximbay and KG Mobilians is billed as www.eximbay.com / www.mobilians.co.kr. 2) Note: Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM. Cooperation cards may not be accepted if the name of the cardholder and the person who tries to proceed with the payment do not match. In this case, please proceed with the payment via Bank Transfer or at the on-site registration desk.
Bank Transfer	Registration fee should be transmitted under the registrant’s name. Participants who proceed with the payment via Bank Transfer are requested to submit the remittance slip to the SNH36 secretariat via email (snh36@themiceter.com). Bank charge for remittance should be paid by the registrant. Registration fee should be transmitted within 10 days after submitting the online registration form.

• Cancellations or changes of registration should be sent in writing to the secretariat (snh36@themiceter.com).
